SISN Top Performers Sectional Semifinal Week 11

Chase Jones – RB Tecumseh

What can we say about this student-athlete other than he is good, real good. Chase consistently has some of the best performances in all of Southern Indiana. This past week in a huge game against North Daviess Jones amassed an almost immeasurable 357 yards rushing on 35 carries. Oh and not to mention 6, that’s right, 6 TD’s to go with one interception on defense. Chase done went off and had himself a game.

Will Jaisle – QB Batesville

In what many would call an upset, Batesville knocked off Indian Creek last week. They definitely proved me wrong. This win was thanks in large part to the play of Will Jaisle. He accounted for 172 yards through the air with 2 touchdowns. He added 126 yards and another 2 scores on the ground. He threw the go ahead touchdown to ultimately end the game for his Bulldogs and move on to the sectional final.

Tyler Adkins – QB Martinsville

Talk about having yourself a game. Red hot Tyler Adkins continues his great play with another performance for the ages. Adkins completed 17/19 balls for 338 yards and 4 TD’s. He was simply unstoppable against the BNL Stars.

Clay Conner – QB Boonville

Conner was instrumental in what is arguably the upset of the season. Clay’s Pioneers upended the Undefeated state champion contenders Reitz Memorial in a game that will be remembered in Boonville lore for a long time to come. Conner passed for 157 yards and one score while also running for 172 yards and 2 scores. Big game!

Josh Ringer – RB East Central

Ringer and the Trojans absolutely demolished their competition Friday night. By halftime Ringer accounted for 92 yards on the ground with 3 scores and 52 yards receiving and yet another score. Of East Central’s 6 first half touchdowns, Ringer accounted for 4 of them. Let’s just say the Trojans “Ringer” (pun intended) wasn’t needed after halftime. Imagine if he would have played the whole game.
