SISN Southern Indiana Players of the Week for Week 3 IHSAA

Here are some football players from Southern Indiana that we believe really stuck out for their teams. Thank you to all who nominated players on Facebook. Please continue to send us messages on players and teams to watch out for. We couldn’t do it without our fans!

Week 2 Southern Indiana Top Football Players

Dane Padgett, SO #33, RB. Paoli Rams. 5 rushes for 131 yards, 2 TDs, 1 rec for 11 yards in the Rams win over Corydon Central, 37-0.

Gino Prescott, JR #5, RB. Columbus North Bull Dogs. 9 carries for 121 yards and 2 TDs in a 41-0 Bulldogs win over Columbus East Olympians.

Jarrin Alley, SR #12, QB. Bloomington South Panthers. 13/15 Passing for 214 yards, 3 TDS. 4 carries for 13 yards and 2 TDs. Leads the big win over Martinsville 35-6.

Jaylan Johnson, JR #84, WR. Seymour Owls. 8 receptions; 248 yards & 2 TD’s in a win over Jeffersonville Red Devils, 42-7. (Realized after the fact that these stats were from week one.)

Josh Ringer, SR #15, RB, East Central Trojans. 18 carries, 182 yards, 3 TDs. 1 reception for 25 yards in a EC win over Harrison Ohio, 7-42.

Keifer Sanderson, SR #22, Kicker. FJ Reitz Panthers. 3/3 FG, 2/2 PAT, 4 touchbacks. 51-yard School record helping Reitz beat Vincennes Lincoln 23-7.

Liam Stone, SR #3, QB. North Posey Vikings. 6/7 passing for 146 yards, 1 TD. 13 carries for 128 yards, 2 TDs in the Vikings win over Princeton, 34-7.
